We’re proud to share that Mix & Match has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for both 2026 and 2025!
The Feefo Trusted Service Awards recognise brands that go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, year-round. It shows that we’re delivering time and again for our customers and placing customer service at the heart of what we do.
To achieve Feefo Platinum status, we first had to earn the Gold Trusted Service Award by collecting at least 50 customer reviews and maintaining an average service rating of 4.5 stars or above. Platinum is then awarded to businesses who achieve Gold standard for three or more consecutive years, recognising consistently excellent customer service year after year.
We couldn’t have done it without you, our customers, so we’d like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for sharing your ratings and reviews with us. This award is another vote of confidence in our brand from our customers.
