The included data is valid for 48 hours from the moment of activation in your destination. Data is intended for general connectivity, such as messaging, maps, and browsing. eSIM services are data-only and do not support voice calls or SMS. Additional data can be purchased (topped up) directly through the Hubby eSIM app if required. Any topped-up data will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Coverage, speeds, and performance may vary depending on destination, local network availability, and device capability. eSIM offers are not available for domestic Australia bookings, Cook Islands, French Polynesia, Vanuatu, or Niue bookings. Customers must be opted in to receive marketing communications from Mix & Match Travel to receive their Hubby eSIM. For Standard Support bookings, eSIMs will be emailed approximately 7 days before departure. For Saver Support and Premium Support bookings, eSIMs will be emailed within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Promo codes and eSIMs are issued to eligible customers only and are non-transferable.
