General Terms and Conditions

Book to Win Your Flights Back - Drawn 5 June 2026

 

Eligibility

This promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.

To be eligible for entry, participants must:

  • Make a qualifying Air New Zealand flight booking through Mix & Match Travel for travel from New Zealand to Australia.
  • Complete the qualifying booking between 7 May 2026 and 11:59pm NZT on 31 May 2026. Bookings made outside of this period will not be eligible.
  • Book travel with a departure date on or before 30 June 2026. Travel departing after 30 June 2026 will not qualify.
  • Complete the official digital entry form and submit where they would like to travel in Australia to reconnect with loved ones.
  • Use the same email address for both the qualifying booking and competition entry form.

Only completed bookings that meet all eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions will qualify for entry.

Limit of one (1) entry per qualifying booking.


Promotion Period

The promotion period commences on 7 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZT on 31 May 2026.

Only entries that satisfy all eligibility requirements and are received within the promotional period will be eligible for the competition.

 

Prize Draw

The Competition is a sales promotion in the form of a lottery.

One winner will be randomly selected by draw from all completed eligible entries received during the promotional period at the Promoter’s address.

The winner will receive the value of their qualifying Air New Zealand flights refunded, up to a maximum value of NZD $1,500.

The winner will be drawn by 5th June 2026 and notified via email using the email address provided at entry.

If the winner does not respond within seven (7) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.



Prize Details

The prize consists of a refund of the value of the winner’s qualifying Air New Zealand booking, up to a maximum value of NZD $1,500.

The qualifying booking must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

The refund will be paid back to the original form of payment used for the qualifying booking.

Any expenses related to airport fees, visas, entry fees, government charges, travel insurance, accommodation, transfers, or additional travel-related costs are excluded from the prize.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to friends or family members of the winner.

The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash beyond the maximum prize value.

If the value of the qualifying booking exceeds NZD $1,500, the maximum refund amount awarded will be NZD $1,500.

Any ancillary products or services not included in the qualifying flight booking are excluded from the prize calculation unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and qualifying bookings prior to awarding the prize.

 

General Conditions

The promoter of this promotion is Mix & Match Travel NZ Limited  ("the Promoter").

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any suspected fraudulent activity, false information, duplicate entries, misuse of the promotion, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of entrants and the validity of qualifying bookings and entries.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or expenses incurred as a result of this promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

By participating in this promotion, entrants confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

 

Privacy Policy

By entering this promotion, participants agree that Mix & Match may use their first name and/or submitted entry content for promotional and winner announcement purposes.

Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
