General Terms and Conditions

Promoter

The promoter of this Competition is Mix & Match Limited (“Mix & Match”), NZBN 9429036319664.

 

Eligibility

This promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.

To be eligible for entry, participants must:

  • Make a qualifying flight booking through Mix & Match Travel for travel from New Zealand to the South Pacific or Australia.
  • Complete the qualifying booking between 09:00am NZT on 5 November 2026 and 11:59pm NZT on 25 November 2026. Bookings made outside of this period will not be eligible.
  • Use Afterpay as the payment method for the qualifying flight booking made through Mix & Match Travel

Only completed bookings that meet all eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions will qualify for entry.

Each qualifying booking will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. Multiple entries are permitted where an entrant makes multiple separate qualifying bookings during the Promotion Period, provided each booking independently meets all eligibility requirements. There is no limit of one entry per person.


Promotion Period

The promotion period commences on 09:00am NZT on 5 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZT on 25 November 2026.

Only qualifying bookings completed during the Promotion Period that satisfy all eligibility requirements will be entered into the prize draw.

 

Prize Draw

The Competition is a sales promotion in the form of a lottery.

One winner will be randomly selected by draw from all completed eligible entries received during the promotional period at the Promoter’s address.

The winner will receive the value of their qualifying flights refunded, up to a maximum value of NZD $2,000.

The winner will be drawn by 27 November 2026 and notified via email using the email address used on the flight booking.

The winner will be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within seven (7) business days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.



Prize Details

The prize consists of a refund of the value of the winner’s qualifying flight booking, up to a maximum value of NZ$2,000.

The qualifying booking must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

The NZ$2,000 maximum applies to the total prize awarded to the winner and not to each passenger included in the qualifying booking.

The prize is provided and administered by Mix & Match Travel NZ Limited. Afterpay is the required payment method for entry into the promotion but is not responsible for administering or providing the prize.

The prize covers the value of the eligible flights included in the winner’s qualifying booking. Airport fees, visas, entry fees, government charges, travel insurance, accommodation, transfers and any additional travel-related or ancillary costs are excluded from the prize.

The refund will be paid back to the original form of payment used for the qualifying booking.

If the value of the eligible flights included in the qualifying booking exceeds NZ$2,000, the maximum refund amount awarded will be NZ$2,000.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to friends or family members of the winner.

The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash beyond the maximum prize value.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and qualifying bookings prior to awarding the prize.

 

Booking Cancellations

If a qualifying booking is cancelled or refunded before the prize draw, the associated entry will no longer be eligible for the promotion.

If a booking is partially cancelled or amended before the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the eligible flight value remaining under the qualifying booking for the purposes of the prize.

 

Afterpay

Eligible bookings must be paid using Afterpay to qualify for entry into the promotion.

General Conditions

The promoter of this promotion is Mix & Match Travel NZ Limited  ("the Promoter").

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any suspected fraudulent activity, false information, misuse of the promotion, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of entrants and the validity of qualifying bookings and entries.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or expenses incurred as a result of this promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Employees of Mix & Match Travel NZ Limited, its related entities, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the promotion.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used for the administration of the promotion, including verifying entries, conducting the prize draw and contacting the winner.
