Book Allianz Travel Insurance & WIN a $2,000 Mix & Match Flight Voucher

 

Promotion Overview

  1. The " Win a $2000 Mix & Match Flight Voucher" Promotion is organised by Mix & Match Travel NZ Limited (the Organiser). Participants will have a chance to win a $2000 Mix & Match Flight Voucher by taking part in the draw during the Promotion Period. 
  2. AWP Services New Zealand Limited trading as Allianz Partners and Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company, Limited (FSP 20661) have no affiliation with this promotion. 
  3. Capitalised words in these terms and conditions have the meaning given to them in clause 11 of these terms and conditions. 
  4. By participating in the draw, You accept to be contacted by email and to receive promotional emails from the Organiser. You also agree that if you are a Winner, you will have your name and your photograph taken and shared on Mix and Match’s Facebook and Instagram pages, without compensation. 

Eligibility

  • This promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older. 
  • Employees (and their immediate family members) of Mix and Match Travel NZ Limited, its subsidiaries, related entities or travel agencies are not eligible to participate. 
  • Employees of AWP Services New Zealand Limited (trading as Allianz Partners) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 
  • Immediate family means your spouse, civil union partner, de facto partner, fiancé, fiancée, parent, stepparent, sibling, child, stepchild, parent-in-law, brother and sister-in-law, son and daughter-in-law and grandparent. 

How to Participate

To be eligible for entry, participants must: 

  • purchase a Qualifying Policy through the Organiser
  • complete the policy purchase between 12am NZT 3rd August 2026 and 11:59pm NZT on 31st August 2026
  • purchase the Qualifying policy either during the online flight booking process with the Organiser or via the Allianz Travel Insurance quote and booking page promoted by the Organiser 
  • hold the Qualifying Policy for travel commencing on or before 28th February 2027

Only completed bookings that meet all eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions will qualify for entry with the first named traveller deemed to be the entrant. 

Eligible entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for each Qualifying Policy purchased during the Promotion Period. 

 

Winners' Selection & Announcement

The Winner will be randomly selected on the date of the draw 1st September 2026, and will be contacted by email on 4th September 2026, using the email provided by the Winner. 

If a Winner fails to successfully claim the Prize by contacting Mix & Match Travel NZ Limited within 7 business days of notification by return email confirming that the Winner claims the prize and providing all information requested in the email, Mix & Match Travel NZ Limited reserves the right to select an alternate Winner. 

 

Prize Details

The Prize consists of a $2000 Mix & Match Flight Voucher. 

The $2000 Mix & Match Flight Voucher: 

  • is valid for flight bookings made through the Organiser 
  • the voucher must be redeemed on mixandmatch.co.nz no later than 4th March 2027 
  • fights booked using the voucher must be completed between 4th September 2026 and 4th September 2027 
  • the Winner must hold a valid passport and any required visas for international travel 
  • if the total booking value exceeds the voucher amount, the Winner will be responsible for paying the difference 
  • is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash 
  • must be used in accordance with any voucher terms and conditions issued by the Organiser 
  • cannot be combined with any other prize, promotion, or offer unless otherwise stated. 

The Winner is responsible for any additional expenses, including but not limited to travel insurance, visa fees, meals, and personal expenses. 

 

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the Organiser’s decisions, which are final and binding.

We may require that the Winner provide proof of age. 

Only those people who are eligible for travel and meet the Government and Airline travel requirements, have the appropriate valid passports and can obtain the appropriate visas and documentation to travel to their chosen destination, can enter the draw. In the event the prize winner cannot travel for any reason (including the inability to travel due to COVID-19), the prize will be forfeited. 

To the greatest extent permitted, the Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time by updating these terms and conditions, and notifying You of any such updates to the email address provided by You. 

The Organiser is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost entries, or errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion. 

By accepting the Prize, the Winner acknowledges that the Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Promotion or use of the Prize. 

The laws of New Zealand govern this Promotion, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand in respect of any dispute that may arise under them. 

Any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period will not be considered. 

Any tax liabilities arising from winning the Prize is the sole responsibility of the Winner. 

 

Privacy Policy

By entering this promotion, participants agree that the Organiser may use their first name and/or submitted entry content for promotional and winner announcement purposes. 

Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy.

By participating in this promotion, entrants confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 

 

Definitions: 

  • In these terms and conditions, unless the context otherwise requires: 
  1. “Promotion” means a chance to a $2000 Mix & Match Flight Voucher that can be redeemed toward a travel booking made with Our Selected Partner 
  2. “Prize” means a $2000 Mix & Match Flight Voucher  
  3. “Promotion Period” means the period commencing from 12am NZT 3rd August 2026, and ending on 11:59pm NZT 31st August 2026 
  4. “Qualifying Policy” means an Allianz Travel Insurance policy purchased through the online flight booking process with Mix & Match Travel NZ Limited or via the Allianz Travel Insurance quote and booking page promoted by Mix & Match Travel NZ Limited during the Promotion Period  
  5. "Us", "We,” “Our” and "Organiser" means Mix & Match Travel NZ Limited  
  6. "Website" means  www.mixandmatch.co.nz 
  7. "Winner"  mean the individual who has been contacted by Us, been offered the $2000 Mix & Match Flight Voucher , and has successfully claimed it in accordance with clause 7 of these terms and conditions 
  8. "You" and “Your" refers to the first named traveller on your Allianz Travel Insurance Policy certificate of insurance, purchased from Mix & Match Travel NZ Limited during the Promotion Period.
