              DOMESTIC NEW ZEALAND TRAVEL:

              From 11:59pm on Tuesday 7 September, all of New Zealand with the exception of Auckland, moves to Alert Level 2. While Auckland will remain at Alert Level 3 until at least 11:59pm on Tuesday 5 October 2021.

              Domestic travel under Level 3 is strictly limited and permitted for essential workers. Domestic travel for anyone living under Level 2 is permitted under the following guidelines.

              If you are travelling to or from Auckland before Wednesday the 6 October 21, and have not already been in contact with us or the airline direct, please get in touch as follows:

              If you have travel booked on a Jetstar flight, please contact Jetstar to either change your travel dates or put your flight in credit. You can do this through Jetstar.co.nz and by clicking on “Manage my booking ” or through live chat. You may get a message advising you to go through your booking agent, however, please continue through the process as changes and credits must be done directly with Jetstar.

              If your travel is on New Zealand, Air Chathams or Sounds Air you may either change your travel dates or place the value of your ticket in credit. Please click on Change or cancel booking below to let us know what you would like to do. We will be responding to these as quickly as we can in travel date order, and will reply when one of our team have actioned this.
